The protection of personal data is very important to us. When processing personal data, we proceed in accordance with generally binding legal regulations and ensure their protection to the maximum extent possible, corresponding to the technical level of the means we use.

According to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to any processing based on legitimate interests.
We do not perform automated individual decision-making when processing personal data for the purposes stated in this notice.

What Data We Process
We process your data to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose for which it is processed. Providing your data on the basis of consent is voluntary — these are data provided for the purpose of promoting the activities of the civic association.
In other cases, we require your data without which we cannot provide services or care for our members. The scope of personal data related to membership fees and services of the association follows from accounting and tax legislation.

Photograph and/or video recording of the person

We obtain personal data directly from you, and in the case of minors, from their legal representative.

Retention Period of Personal Data
We process your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing and subsequently for the duration of the limitation period for exercising legal claims.
Data intended for promotion are processed for 5 years from the granting of consent.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries
Your personal data may be transferred across borders within the EU. Transfers to third countries outside the EU may occur when we use cloud services, when you interact via electronic communication channels, or when using marketing, analytical, and statistical services of social network operators where we have a profile.

We may also transfer personal data to third countries without adequate protection in the case of registration and issuance of a course completion certificate by MOLCHANOVS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD., 22 LEEDON HTS, #08-32, SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE 266219, Reg. No: 201733928R, but only based on your explicit consent.

Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be provided to third parties in order to achieve proper fulfillment of the association’s obligations.
Recipients include:
– Organizations through which we carry out our activities, especially the Slovak Diving Federation
– Processors who process personal data on behalf of the controller
– Contractual partners of the controller
– Public authorities
– Authorities and institutions in connection with the enforcement of our claims and rights

Rights of Data Subjects
As a data subject, you have the following rights (which may be restricted only in accordance with applicable legislation):
Right of access – to obtain confirmation whether your personal data are being processed and a copy of such data
Right to rectification – to have inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay
Right to erasure – to request deletion of your personal data
Right to restriction of processing
Right to data portability
Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests of the controller
Right to withdraw consent if processing is based on your consent

You can exercise your rights with the controller via the contact details above.
Your request will be handled within one month, which may be extended by up to two additional months if necessary.

Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe that your rights regarding personal data have been violated, or that the conditions of processing your data have been breached, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
