Course

Molchanovs Wave 2

Price: 250 €

Intermediate freediving:
You can finish Molchanovs Wave 2 depth course at once or in two parts – pool part Lap 2 and depth part Wave 2. Why is it convenient this way? Because you can choose how to complete the course!
By receiving Lap 2 certificate, you gain access to Molchanovs weekly training program for pool disciplines, WORKOUT and our club pool training, so to get to the depth parts, you only need to train freediving techniques that will teach you comfortable diving in the depth of up to 30m.

Prerequisites:
18 years of age (16 with a parent/guardian consent), completed medical examination form (or medical certificate), Release of Liability form, Molchanovs Lap 1 or Wave 1 certificate, other program certificate of the corresponding level (with completed Molchanovs Wave 1 crossover evaluation)

Preparation:
Course materials in Czech language! Full course manual for Molchanovs Wave / Lap 1 is officially translated to Slovak and is available for all registered students on their Molchanovs profile (Dashboard).

Online preparation:
Once you are registered, you can start preparing for the course. Read the online manual, watch all videos available for online course and test your knowledge via online quiz.

Theoretical certification:
We will go through full theory together either during the course or online.
Why choose online preparation?
You can get T2 certificate and access to dry Molchanovs Base Training even before starting the course.
